OPEN EXHIBITION
At the Wrexham & District 2011 National Eisteddfod of Wales there will be a large multi media exhibition and applications in both fine and applied art (including the moving image and performance art) are invited.
SELECTORS:
Steffan Jones-Hughes (Artist), Alessandro Vincentelli (Curator BALTIC, Gateshead) and Lois Williams (Artist).
The following accolades will be awarded:
FINE ART
THE GOLD MEDAL FOR FINE ART
Prize: The Gold Medal for Fine Art (replica) and £5,000
CRAFT AND DESIGN
THE GOLD MEDAL FOR CRAFT AND DESIGN
Prize: The Gold Medal for Craft and Design (replica) and £5,000
YOUNG ARTIST SCHOLARSHIP
Scholarship: £1,500
