A PROPERTY on Swansea's High Street has been spruced-up to help regenerate the look of the area. Sean Puleston, commissioned by Locws International, has painted a mural on the former Tennessee Chicken building opposite the Kings Arms Tavern as part of a project called Art Across The High Street.
