Guerilla Projection starts the promotion campaign

Guerilla Projectionist Graeme Furley has added Culture Colony to his list of campaigns. Over the past few years Graeme has projected onto Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the Chinese Embassy and every nuclear fuelled power station in the UK. Needless to say these projected interventions were not always popular with the owners of the building. For instance Graeme recalls projecting 'Hands Off Tibet' onto the Chinese embassy as the Queen shook hand with the Chinese Prime Minister - "The projection was up for about 8 seconds, and then I didn't see much more because there was an armed policema's boot on my head.... I couldn't see anything with my face in the pavement but I could hear their automatic weapons being cocked". Graeme and his projector were given a police escort out of London.
