Pop-Up Love Party Intangible Studio presents an innovative feast for all the senses at Chapter, Cardiff providing audience members with ground-breaking Canadian theatre and a New York celebrated Michelin-starred tasting experience - all in one loved-up evening. Featuring the work of pioneering theatre company Zuppa Theatre (Halifax, Nova Scotia), Shirotama Hitsujiya (Artistic Director of Yubiwa Hotel, Tokyo, Japan) and local theatre-makers Valmai Jones and James Tyson, Spring, Autumn, Summer, Winter: Pop-Up Love Party will take place in Chapter s Caffi Bar, and audience members will enjoy a seven-course taster menu courtesy of Michelin-starred Luksus chef Daniel Burns from New York: the occasion - to reflect on philosophy and raise a glass to love in the 21st century.

A re-imagining of Plato s Symposium (The Drinking Party) in which a group of leading public figures got together to eat, drink and think about a mysterious thing: erotic love, Spring, Autumn, Summer, Winter: Pop-Up Love Party develops from a series of questions: What is space? What is space for thinking? With specially made taster dishes to tease the senses and mind, this philosophical feast of a theatre show attempts to bring together some of the pleasures that enable us to relax whilst stimulating how we think and act in the world around us.

Going to see a Zuppa show is like being a child playing make-believe: anything is possible and profound observations arrive like fireflies in the dark. Laura Graham, The Chronicle Herald, Halifax
